We require payment at the time of treatment. For eligible private insurance dental cover patients, we use the HiCAPS system for easy and convenient payments and rebates. Remember to bring your membership card when you visit us.

Dental Payment Plans

Our personalised payment plans mean you can start your treatment now, and pay for it later with easy-to-manage weekly, fortnightly or monthly instalments. The payment plan covers dental procedures ranging from $2,001 to $50,000.

Child Dental Benefits Schedule (CDBS)
Eligible families can receive bulk-billed dental services through the Child Dental Benefit Schedule (CDBS). This Australian government program covers children so they can receive basic dental services up to $1,052 over two calendar years. These elementary services include:
- Extractions.
- Check-ups.
- X-rays.
- Cleaning.
- Fillings.
Children coming to our Greensborough dental surgery for CDBS services need to be aged between 0 and 17 years. Further, they or their parent / guardian need to be recipients of an approved Services Australia (Centrelink) payment.

Appointments & Cancellations
When booking any dental or hygiene appointment at our Greensborough dental practice. we keep that time exclusively for you. So, if you find out you can’t keep your spot, please let us know with at least 48 hours notice. We may charge you a cancellation fee if you are not able to attend.
